John Marshall Elected President of International Society for Gastrointestinal Oncology
John L. Marshall, MD, chief of hematology/oncology at Georgetown’s Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, has been elected president of the International Society of Gastrointestinal Oncology (ISGIO) effective September 1, a one year term. ISGIO is the first global educational organization committed to gastrointestinal oncology. Dr. Marshall is a global leader in the research and development of drugs for colon cancer and other GI cancers. Read more
